Goal
A community for skiers at Xinjiang resorts: live slope conditions, partner matching, ride sharing, resale, requests, and messaging between strangers. The real constraint is the setting: operating with gloves on, reading through goggles, with limited attention. The product has to stay readable at a glance and tappable in one go.

My role
Product definition, information architecture, interface and interaction design, and the build itself, which I am doing and which is still being completed. This is independent work with no client. The data in the design files is sample data, not real usage. This page shows the product shape and the design decisions.

Key decisions
Enlarge the key actions for the setting. For gloves and goggles, the design enlarges the main touch areas and hit zones, raises the legibility of key information, adds haptic feedback on important actions, and uses a ski-board loading animation instead of a spinner. Let colour carry the conditions. Lift queues, road status, open runs and visibility use green, yellow, red and orange labels so you read the colour before the number. A trust system throughout. Credit score, level and badges combine into one visible trust signal on community cards, in messaging and on profiles, so design encourages good-faith help between strangers.

The product structure and key screens exist in the design file: conditions home, community feed, posting, messaging and profile. Development is in progress; the screens above come from the design file. Relevant commissions: mini-programs or products that need their structure worked out from the real setting.
